Little big update!

Im updating some of my older characters with new things, be it visual improvements, buffs, new moves or full on reworks.
Now lets go over the few new changes with Gogeta.

All of Gogeta's sprites have gotten an upgrade in colors, now more vibrant and fitting.
Ftilt has been made more useful, being faster less hitstun and more combo potential.
And the big one, besides lvl 7, using Neutral B will now only drain 1 lvl instead of all of them. Letting you more freely use his 7 different neutral Bs instead of hording it for the buffs and to kill.

Tiny update based off feedback.

Level 7 ultra big bang kameha x100 now has increased start up.
Up smash has very slightly reduced knockback but now can go a shorter or no distance by holding back or down during it.
Fsmash now goes further forward during the punch.
