-fixed escape area nav issues and added an archway so the mounted gun has more range
-escape vehicle now glows when escape is ready

-removed forced tank spawn for versus
-less common infected spawn in the pre-finale scavenge event
-added a much needed connecting path for the tower in chapter 1
-changed a i tiny bit of geometry and added a tiny bit more supplies along the escape route
