~ Minor tweaks.

+ / ~ Improved AI behaviour for Rebels, Metrocops and combine, animations now look properly for citizens and metropolice, NPCs will now also peek and shoot and be more defensive. If the change is not received to well I can upload the previous version of the map as a seperate addon.
