added a few more Upgrades, taken from base game and Proficiency Pack Abilities

added 2 upgrades if you run [WOTC] Extended Explosive Tweaks
Combat Engineer will prevent environmental damage falloff
Tandem Warheads will prevent damage to units falloff

added three new Weapon Upgrades if you use A Better Barracks Arsenal
Extra Bullets (single ammo reload)
Spray Module (low accuracy shot that's not turn ending)
Kiruka Bipod (spend 2 actions to get a huge aim bonus next turn)

Recovery Patch - Grants the medical protocol abilities. Also grants 30% damage reduction to healed ally for 1 turn.

Critical Healing Ingredients - Some Healing abilities have a 50% chance to restore 4 additional hit points.

Inspiration Module - Select a target ally in cover. Target gains +40% (+60% if Inspiration II is learnt) Dodge until start of next turn."
