The mod has gone an internal rework to allow it to easier support any modded Covert Action risks that may or may not exist.
If you configured the mod (EVEN IF YOU DID IT IN A LOCAL MOD) you must re-apply those configurations, since now the structure of the configs is different.
If you didn't then you shouldn't feel anything.
