I have reverted some items back to vanilla
Sepsis has been merged with the vanilla infection

Update tags on a large number of items so bot cleanup command works a lot better
Fix bug with the Nuclear Laser Throium Ammo decontruct recipe
fix graphic glich with some depleted rounds
Added serveral new item specific storage containers

Fix suits beeping when battery is low

Fix several items that seem to have stopped working.
Rework suits to be implemented closer to vanilla

Buff Mining Laser

Exclude backpack from cargo scooter

Buff Mines and Depth Charges to be lethal to all smaller creatures

Add Decoy Mine
Make Decoy Depth Charge cheeper
Buff Mine and Depth Charge damage

Updated turrents to make loader lights work consistently
