Immortal Empires Update!

- The Cultists of Pleasure now use Dark Elf female names, for greater immersion
- Added one more of the vanilla variants, for a total of 2 bald variants. This brings the total number of Cultist of Pleasure variants to 8. Since there are only two different vanilla faces, this is all I am going to add of the vanilla variants.
