- Jab can now cancel into Ftilt

v1.3 -Buff and Nerfs

- Jabs damage is now 4 instead of 2

- Nair hitbox 1 damage is now 5 and hitbox 2's damage is now 6

- Uair final hitbox now deals 5 damage and now has 10 base knockback

- Utilt damage is now 6 instead of 5

- A few of his moves have a little less endlag and startup (I forgor what the moves were)

SSL Peter Griffin Balance Changes
- Jab's hitbox lifetime is now 10 frames instead of 30 (don't know how that went past release sorry about that)
- Ftilt has more Lag
- Uair is more centered instead of being slightly forward
