- Changed outline color in to a lighter shade (credits to Xtra for pointing me into the light)
- Lowered base hitpause for UAir spike
- DAir startup from 4 -> 6
- DAir now has whifflag
- BAir startup from 6 -> 8
- FAir startup from 12 -> 14
- Neutral Tilt is now B-reversable (and A-reversable)

- Adjusted char_height to be higher (player tag does not overlap Snorlax)
- DTilt first hit will not bury if your previous attack was DTilt and buries (this is to prevent an infinite)
- UAir reaches farther horizontally
