- Fixed the clock part of the light circuit
- added the lights inside the shack to the list of things the light circuit turns on

- deleted the valve system for simplicity

now all you have to do is turn the keys for the pumps.

- Added ropes from the ramp that connects the shop to the pier to hopefully fix it falling into the water
- Fixed the "lighthouse" esc light beacon so it spins and turns on during weather conditions that limit visibility and at night
