Added a new Perk that gives some resistance to conventional damage

Forgot the Localization

added two new Perks

SKV_CV20 which means taking 20% more Damage from Conventional weapon damage types
SKV_VULN20 which means taking 20% more damage from Conventional, Magnetic and damage types

fix a typo that meant a missing icon .. thanks to Attiladuran112

added Vulnerability and Resistance Perks for Requiem Weapons

added 75% resistance perks to Magnetic and Beam weapons

well .. not my day. Corrected Typo

forgot the perk icons

added a new Vulnerability against "Heavy" Damage - 4 strenght variants
