Updated files for compatibility with game version 1.12 (Scythe).

Changes

- Invite Poet (decision) is now only visible when a character has a royal court.
- Summon Dwarf (decision) is now only visible when a character has a royal court.
- Summon Eunuch (decision) is now only visible when a character has a royal court.
- AI characters will now check certain decisions more often.
- Some decisions have been renamed to better fit the naming scheme of base game decisions.
- Minor localization changes.
- Tweaked some character templates.

- New Decision: Summon Eunuch to Court.

Changes

- Go into Hiding decision will now begin a regency.
- Activities can no longer be started when In Hiding.
- Characters with the In Hiding trait can no longer have children while the trait is enabled.
- Characters with the In Hiding trait can no longer lead armies while the trait is enabled.
- Owes 350 Gold to Local Moneylenders (modifier) now also reduces Parochial Vassal opinion by -5.

- Owes 350 Gold to Local Moneylenders (modifier) now reduces Monthly Prestige by -1.0 instead of -0.5 and Player Heir Opinion by -10 instead of Clergy Opinion -10
