Accidently ommited alpha channel on Engineer helmet/goggles textures.

Redid engineer goggles texture.

Small fixes, corrected all texture versions of newer textures, cleaned up Engineers facemap, and added a black canteen to the medic, as he had one strapped onto his head in Opposing Force, however i opted to instead put it on his belt in a spot that otherwise was a bit empty.

Added my own rendition of the HECU medic in the Romka Hgrunt style, everything is custom from the facetexture, the model features, Lod models etc.

i also added in all the beret colors from the HL series for the Commander model, still have classic HL1 Red, along with Opposing Force Black and Green.

Added a fan model of the HECU engineer by Paynamia, taken from a old fan update to a EP2 mod called "Mesa - Fallback" with edits by me to make the quality more in line with the offical Romka hgrunts.

Remade the Zgrunts hands from scratch, massive improvement to them compared to the original hands, also fixed some smoothing errors for the zgrunt too.

Fixed minor face flex issues on the gasmask hgrunts, no weird shading around where the mouth would be.

Remade the addon from scratch to better match my modern standards, this fixes a assortment of issues such as NPCs can now go into squads, use grenades, fixed broken hitboxes, some face flexes for the models, and also redid the spawnicons, as a bonus, i switched the zgrunts headcrab bodygroup to be the same as the zombies, and added LoD models to match Romkas living hgrunt models.

still has some bugs to iron out but this on a technical level is miles better.
