- Fix - was deleting a damaged player vehicle when player was still right beside it
- Fix - saw an instance of ai not taking damage, hopefully it's fixed now

- show hint while vehicles are being parsed as it can take a long time when lots of mods are enabled
- ensure vehicle spawn areas are not in water
