small bugfix. forgot to define level when checking if you should get the isaac unlock or the ??? unlock.

- Added Boss Icons for Enhanced Boss Bars
- Fixed some of the shitty Egg Temple rooms.
- A new enemy as appeared in the Egg Temple!
- Added Waffle's birthright, both normal and tainted.
- NERF: Kieran gapers are reverted to not being persistent. Stacking them was too easy!
