* Fixed Cougar torso weapon hardpoints (no HUD issue) and made them full omni hardpoints
* Added all Cougar alternative configurations, including the X variants and the Blood Adder hero
* Fixed no HUD issues on the Nova. Sadly this means most of its hardpoints do not support missile weapons for now.
* Fixed number of trait slots on all mechs
* Added Griffin IIC-5 with 6 ballistic hardpoints
* Fixed cockpit textured for MadCat MkII (I hope)

* Fixed torso missile hardpoints on MadCat MkII MCII-2 (broken hud)

* Removed mech salvage V1 partial for the Wolfhound IIC for now since hero mechs cannot be assembled that way

* Added Rifleman IIC (using the Rifleman model)
* Fixed all partial salvage equipments

* Slightly scaled down the Phoenix Hawk IIC to avoid it being stuck in the dropship
* All hero mechs are now very rare, meaning the spawn as enemies but, well, rarely.

* Added missing Clan faction logo
* Scaled the battle value of all Clan mechs down by factor 0.7. This means we get more sensible spawns. It also means that a tier 50 mission against Clan is much harder than other tier 50 missions.
