> Added a new behavior that should be more lore-friendly and can be enabled/disabled via command,

CLASSIC BEHAVIOR:
Now smile will be more stationary and enter an enraged state under a few conditions:
> Player/NPC gets in the required range,
> Player/NPC is seen by the Smiler,
> Player/NPC breaks the line of sight with the Smiler while in his line of sight,
> Player/NPC moves away too quickly. If the player moves faster than his slow walk speed (ALT + MOVEMENT KEYS), for NPCs this system is still being worked on.
> Player turns on his flashlight.
