corrected a few errors in loottables

Rework
========
After playing a few campaigns with this mod i decided i want it to change

no longer items are buildable. You instead can find them as loot from enemies. If you use Item Repair Mod they also will need time to recharge from time to time

Added also 5 "runes" which are items that grant you a Focus system as well as 3 focus abilities (1 for guns, 1 for pistols, 1 for swords) of the corresponding element

Lost Arm now has Hunter of Undead in addition to Hunter of Lost if you run Mitzruti Perk Pack
