pretty much recreated everything - problem was too long a name somehow suddenly
if it doesn't fix your problems i will delete the nomod, so please inform me
XCOM will complain that you are missing the "old" mod. should be safe to ignore

some rebalancing for the (inactive) LW2 secondaries in DPS slot stuff

remember you would need to activate that thing in the config XComPistolSlot.ini

Incorporated some Savage Item Items
If soldier has Launch Grenade Perk he can put the Charges into the Sidearm slot (probably needed to come from classperks)
many soldiers can put CORE Bars and Ration Bars in the Sidearm Slot

also (by default deactivated) i added many "tertiary* weapons like arcthrowers or sawed offs in the sidearm slots. I am not completly sure all perks work this way so it is deactivated by default
