Re-wrote patch to be less intrusive, should now work with future LGR and Smoker updates without resulting in missing recipes
Added recipe override for LGR's Open Cigarette Box recipe to now give you one open pack of cigarettes instead of 20 packs of cigarettes, in case you have one of these boxes in your inventory
