- Changed how Stagger Fragile is inflicted to be handled by a custom status rather the original status (Which has no name and description).

Others:

- Some descriptions of status effects and passives were rephrased to describe better their effects.

Changes:
- The Hanging Tree's Keypage passive has been divided into 2 Passives (Mutually exclusive) with similar effects that trigger at the start of the Act:
1. Kill the user (All allies gain 3 Negative Emotion Points).
2. All allies gain 3 Positive Emotion Points, then kill the user.

This change was made to not lock a Reception to get only Breakdown Abnormality pages for at least the first Level.

Bugfixing:
- Terror-Vision's Passive 'Frequency Scramble' will properly remove the Immobilization from Librarians and allow them to act in the same Scene.
