Updated Partisan Hackers so robots granted have standardized mobility traversals (e.g can climb up, drop down, etc).

It may not animate for some units but should fix soft lock scenarios.

T-Dolls are now selected randomly from what's available in the game, instead of mod install order.

Added "AlwaysRandomUnits" variable in the mod's XComGameCore.ini file, this will make non T-Doll units not pull from the character pool.

Note that if you're only getting one T-Doll per run or whatever, please report it, the mod *should* be giving you additional T-Doll opreations as soon as they're available.

Updated how Lycrois and Persica resistnace orders work. This fixes (but not retroactively, sorry) a bug where the game was both not applying the new bonuses gained from new skill levels, but still removing bonuses according to the new skill level.

E.g you still only had a skill level 5 bonus to the proving grounds, but the game removed a "bonus" rate of skill level 10, making the proving grounds *slower* than normal.

Not all locations are affected (the infirmary's an exception to this, for instance), but this will likely have a stronger effect on campaigns where those resistance orders haven't been in effect long.

T-Dolls now wear their battle outfits on base since I saw how they look using the vanilla base cosmetics.

Joint Operations that grant you T-Dolls should now appear a lot more frequently as long as there's available T-Dolls for you to recruit.

Fixed bug where missions wouldn't be properly cleaned up after you finish (or fail) the mission. Should prevent the game from bugging you about skipping a mission you already did and got the reward from.

T-Doll reward covert actions should no longer spawn once the player is out of available T-Dolls to gain.

If one still somehow spawns, you'll get a random human soldier instead.
