Updated for minor adjustmetns and fixes.

Diabolic Splendour trait:
- 'Leadership +4 All units' effect changed into 'Melee Attack +5 for Infantry units'.


General fixes:
- Fixed several 'Enemy Penalty Effect' trait scopes to work with both Lord and Heroes.

- Fixed several 'Ambush Defence Chance' traits that had incorrect scopes.

- Fixed several traits that had the correct scope but wrong scope text desciption.
