-The Lua file can now have missing values, as all the files that use the gmod-mw-tables have been patched to now support a lack of values in a custom file

-Fixed loadout manager issue: Erroring when values are missing in the file, remaking the file with already existing values
-Did the same with the operators file
-Hopefully the weapon base is now errorless
