Adjusted Bill/Ellis Viewmodels slightly (Made Ellis's wrist longer and flatter, made bill's sleeve smaller

Made nick's sleeve smaller since it was huge compared to bill/zoey

Added sleeve to Bill to make him consistent with nick/zoey

Redone all hands from scratch, should fix most if not all of the issues spawned from this mod, character hands should also be easily recognizable thanks to sleeves, gloves, or wristwear.
