fixed female sunbursts hair while wearing a hat not appearing properly
(it was typed in as
<texture>MLPHumanHairTextures\F_Hair_MLPSunBurstFemaleHair</texture>
instead of
<texture>MLPHumanHairTextures\F_Hair_SunBurstFemaleHair</texture>
