Added several new resistance orders on the theme of "X mission type grants an additional Y reward."

Fixed localization text on Promethium Supply Chain (it was saying +1 damage but it should have been +2)

Modified Barnesmore Engines to grant +4 shield in all terrain, in addition to its arid-specific ability.

Modified Mindgorger Protocol to, instead of doubling skulljacks, give organic enemies -70% hack defense.
