Minor fix:

White lion - Perfect Vigour. Suppose to give White Lion but gave everyone instead.
Ranger - Frenzy. Suppose to give Ranger frenzy but gave everyone instead.

Currently disable those two abilities, will fix in the next update.

Major changes:

- The UI of the Legion's Unleash group tech has been redesign to make it nicer.
- Added 4 more tech in the Legion Unleash group tech.
- Rebalance technology, most reduce the effect bonus received since we have a huge tech expansion.
- Disable Phoenix King Tech binds with landmark
- Rename some technology names to match with its effect. E.g: Loremasters of Hoeth with Heart of Averlorn bonus.
