Fixed French localisation not showing up.

More events translated in French. A couple of typo fixes in that language.

A lot of typo fixes for the English localization thanks to SBlack.
Bugfix for the Murder event that locked the science ship indefinitely.

Updated Polish localisation.

Big update:
Three old events can now randomly have a different outcome.
Added three new events to the Murder event chain, the last one should fire at mid-game.
Added the start of a new event chain for Hive empires.
Fixed some localisations that changed with Stellaris 3.4.
A couple of typo fixes in English.

Fixed a typo in Space Knights event (english loc).
