Added the XVB-03 imported by Sturmfall7. (note that it has VIV but it gets fucky flight wise when adding armored vics use at your own peril we will fix when we can).

changed the M355 truck to not have the metal bars in first person they do remain there in third person.

- XVB-02 Vertibird pilot camera changed from swivel to fixed. this is to help pilots use their guns for aiming.
