Engine speeds decreased for better displaying on 3000 rpm rev counters and better working together with engine sounds.
This results in a little bit performance lost, but i think some people like it more than the crazy engine speeds before.

Fuel consumption small increased because it was a very too low consumption for standard freight drivers in some cases.
