Updated to include adjustmetns to weapons unlocked from the Trials of Tzeentch game mode as well as various other small adjusments to other Tzeentch and Nurgle weapons.

Updated to include all the Slaaneshi Scythe Arms.

Since they take up the Weapon slot they are now deemed as such and have got adjustements.

- Weapon Strenght and AP Weapon Strenght has been increased across the board.
- Minor tweaks on other stat values.
- Some items had minor additional stats added for item budget balance.

Updated to work for latest patch.

-There is a bug with some of the Tzeentch items, mainly from CAs end, that makes the "Winds of Magic cap" effects not function as intended currently.
Currnetly I cannot seem to fix it and it will be looked at in a future version update, for the time being just ignore the effects for WoM own army caps, the items are balanced without them working in mind.
