Added DarkRP Check - Dunno why I didn't add it to begin with.

Added DarkRP elements to HUD

Changed the check for the info under the clock

Made the weather display show accurate weather

Fixed an issue with Temp readings not rounding causing long strings.

Added support for Weather + Temp to be displayed on the hud

Fixed the issue with support for DarkRP Scoreboard.

Changed the hook to keypress instead of if scoreboard is open or not

Made it so the hud hides when Scoreboard is visible.

This has in part caused a "bug" with Vanilla DarkRP Scoreboards which will need to be fixed.

As most people use Custom DarkRP Scoreboards - Not too concerned. This works with all other gamemodes still.
