Converted original normals from OpenGL format to Direct X.

They are basically the same but they render correctly in-engine now, as OpenGL normals are inverted compared to Direct X, making places where there should be depth have none and give depth that shouldnt have it.

Moved the specular masks from the base texture to the normalmap due to technical issues with removing phong and in a different format that makes it more accurate, bumping filesize a little bit, also removed nocull from the textures so they dont mirror on the inside, which was needed incase of geometry holes in older models i based this on for slightly better performance.

Added specular mask to textures so that they subtly shine in the right places, not too overkill in dark areas. also removed the backpack due to it not being properly rigged by the original author on the model (bending the torso over just made it look incorrect).

Re-exported textures using a better compression method thanks to VTFEdit Reloaded, so less visual compression for the same size, and redone glove textures by yours truly.

Updated textures from the sources, better, original normals
