custom additional tracks now play with soundtrack menu

-removed small code redundancies
-sfx jingles no longer restart music

-new death certificate music, old track in album bonuses
-adjusted soundtrack menu tracklist due to oversight in original mod

just lua fixes, too busy to add new stuff currently

-corpse entrance track now has an intro
-lua cleanup + fixes by hgrfff (again)

-fixed ultra greed's theme not looping
-reduced general music volume
-fixed mismatches in volume between full version and soundtrack menu version
-final boss defeat track is now in-game (with config support)! no longer a bonus track on the album. thank you hgrfff for the code
