- changed wallhacks for nextbots with 3D models to match their model instead of just being a big square

- fixed the Nextbot wallhack visual to better reflect their size
- NPC wallhacks now show in red while players show in blue
- added a console variable to toggle the radar on or off
- added a console variable to toggle the distance text on or off
