-Fixed miswired logic on the fuel function, thanks to TheTraitor for uploading their vehicle and letting me investigate.

Updated LC Advanced Modular Engine ECU v0.3.0. Renamed vehicle from "LC Advanced Modular Engine ECU v0.2.18" to "LC Advanced Modular Engine ECU v0.3.0".

-Tick delay cut in half after changing some functions, it now cannot be made any less
-Idle response should be faster now
-Revlimiter response is now again much faster by default
