(Follow-ups with aerial fspec are matchup and positioning dependant. I am pushing things more towards the defender favor with these tweaks, since it's a good air poke and doesn't need to be also start combos.)

- Up Special (Last Hit) now techable
- Up Special Projectiles now have parry stun and can't reflect

- Dspecial throwing statue no longer resets cooldown for desploying statue.

Damage reductions across the board to tone down cold status damage boost on key moves.

Uspecial
- Removed Cold status being granted from daggers hitting
- Uspecial is now techable
- Daggers no longer have massive hitpause for like no reason

Fspecial
= Fspecial in air now slings Frostine forward like when they
- hitbox size reduced

Dspecial
- Statue gravity modified, should fall much faster instead of weirdly floating sometimes.

= moves purpose has been reworked. Players hit will no longer bounce. Frostine can more easily follow this move up

Uspecial
+ Ice Dagger Uspecial momentum no longer halts you, you have more control of your drift.
+ Because of the above change, there is no movement difference between default and held uspec. I am making the held uspec the default.
= New Uspecial finisher added. This finisher is an outward sending spike, however, its hitstun multiplier is reduced, meaning players hit by this will be actionable much sooner than normal.
- Uspecial multihit damage 4>3
+ Ice daggers from uspecial deal frost status
+ Ice daggers slightly faster

Nspecial
- Hitpause scaling .35>.8
- base hitpause 8>10

Fspecial (Grounded Grab)
- More hitpause added to each throw
- Initial hitbox size increased, shape changed to type 2 instead of circle.
back/forward throw

down throw
= purpose shifted to be more similar to ustrong changes
up throw
= purpose shifted to the quicker air combo throw.


Dspecial
+ clone thrown attack now matches detonation attack, meaning will stun for a brief period of time.
+ downward throw removed, replaced by same trajectory as upward throw for input QoL

General

= Added 'Dragon' alt (Giga's alt)

- Frame data and base stats reworked. She is more similar to being a combo style character similar to Samus in the HDR Smash Ultimate mod.
Dspecial:
- Statue now has a slight stun on detonate
- holding a direction after dsecial/fspecialing a statue now throws it in that direction. Left, right, up or down.
Fspecial:
- fspecial air is now less laggy but loses inward sending properties, more similar to how zairs are used in smash. No longer has a close hitbox. you will need to hit this at a specific distance or it will whiff.
- fspecial ground is now a smash style grab! Choose a direction to throw.
- uair and fair are easier to land cancel to other moves
- jab combo now more friendly for comboing into other moves
- floatiness reduced in favor of a faster falling oriented gameplay.
- visuals modified on utilt and ustrong, no more smears on non active frames.
