-Dstrong stats normalized, should be 7kb - 1.1kbs now
-Ustrong damage 10 -> 11, base kb 7 -> 8, kbs 1 -> 1.1
-Initial hit of Fspecial act as final hit instead of drag people to max range then does final hit.
-Ftilt knee break sweetspot size 50x50 -> 40x40.
-Roman Cancel extra hitpause 15 -> 0, now have angle flipper 10
-Uspecial have a hurtbox for 4 frames before hitbox come out
-Meter gain from hitting reduced from damagex4 to damagex2
-Meter gain from getting hit reduced from damagex6 to damagex3

-Taunt cancelable frame moved from f30 to f45
-Taunt doesn't heal or damage you 1% base on version
-Dying or hitting opponent knee will cue a Metal Pipe Falling sfx on the new "Pan" Alt

Removed slow down hitstun opponent when pausing
