Fixed weight-painting issues that caused clipping between the brocade belt and tunic.

1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY UPDATE - BIG BIG BIG!!!!
- Major double breasted tunic material rework. Old tunic material looked like shit.
- Simplified the models by combining pre-1940 and post-1940 models into the same models and reduced the addon size by around 100MB.
- Unfunny amounts of behind-the-scenes edits regarding material, smd and directory naming standards. Will be helpful in future as we intend to expand this addon.
- Removed Herobrine

- Added brown leather belts to all field grey models.
- Edited weight painting on all belts and tunic.
