Reworked the naming UI for Phantom Flagships using JNR's version of my original code! Thanks JNR!

Fixed an issue where newly-added texts were not displaying in their proper languages.

The Phantom Flagship no longer automatically shares its promotions with adjacent naval units - instead, this ability must be unlocked with its own promotion: Haunted Allies!

The Phantom Flagship now earns -50% experience from combat. This is to slow down the amount of promotions a player can earn, an rein in the power of the unit, especially when mixed with many other naval units.

Solved the previous issue where the random naming function for Phantom Flagships would prevent players from placing mountain improvements.

Fixed the mountain improvement placement bug by removing the custom names function for the Phantom Flagship. Investigating possible alternate solutions.

BUG: While using this mod, improvements cannot be placed on mountains. The cause of this bug is not clear.
