July 26th, 2023 - Changes

1. Gold income from Cities is now 3 per building and Gold income from Industries is now 1 per building.

2. Outpost now start with NO power when built and can only auto upgrade to 2 buildings.
You must now upgrade for a 3rd building.

3. Farms and Outpost now leave behind Dirt when destroyed instead of Rubble.

4. Sappers can be created at the Industry and for only 20 Gold instead of 25 at the Barracks.

5. Units created from the Farm now cost 5 Gold less.

Ruleset change:

1. Towns now provide laboring. (Can give power to nearby Military buildings.)

Sep 5 - Ruleset Changes:

1. The Industry and Barracks now cost only 30 and 20 Gold.

2. City Buildings now have 3 Health instead of 2. (This was to match the Military buildings which already have 3 Health.)

3. Global Warming is more like how it is in the Vanilla Game Ruleset but will happen a little slower.

The max number of Gunners and Sappers in a squad is now 3.

Ruleset Changes:

1. Settlers now cost 5 less in both Towns and Cites.

2. Fixed Cites building up to 6, Cites now only build up to 5.
