- The convoy is now dynamic;
- Removed "force follow road" option;
- Changed default behavior to "push through";
- Changed default speed to "NORMAL";

- Fixed bug where the driver of the vehicle was not the effective commander.
- Changed the speed controller's structure, in order to prevent unexpected slow-downs (convoy curvature saturated).
