minor hud element moving. moved weapon hud slightly higher again. increased font size of magazine counter

Added vehicle health bar, squad status text, fire mode and sight mode

moved weapon ammo counts up so it doesnt clash with Ehads' stamina meter

Squad Status text is disabled by default but can be enabled in the mutator configuration menu
Vehicle health bar does not flash red when low like the balance bar or the health bar. having that feature kept giving errors so i had to remove it for the vehicle bar
