Update for 2.2 compatibility
The -2 winds of magic effect in the tzeentch prince's skills has been changed to -20% because CA deleted the former, not really a big change.

Just an update for 2.1, mods seems to have made it through the update completely fine on a quick test run, let me know if you see anything that has broken

Added another check to make sure the lord adding code can't trigger twice. duplicate daemon prince lords don't work properly anyway
