Fixes:
Noticed further issues with Vampire Counts' garrisons. Rewrote garrison tables for them entirely. All VC RoR's removed from garrison options. They may be re-added later, but that would involve effort I'd rather not expend.

Beta features:
Reduced tower build times drastically to hide AI shortcomings.
Similarly reduced upgrade, downgrade, and post destruction model existence times.

Balance:
Reduced cost of all barricade-type buildings slightly.

Corrected an issue that was the result of the Vampire Coast version of Ulthuan gates no longer being called by the game.

Day 47:

Phase 3 of WEF fort/bastion garrison balancing.
Issues with Drycha/Coeddil's versions of the garrisons deemed "fixed enough".
General note that Waywatchers in low tier garrisons to avoid overlap with Drycha subculture will probably result in complaints.

Phase 2 of WEF fort/bastion garrison balancing.
Several low tier elf infantry units and RoRs replaced due to overlap with allowances for Drycha/Coeddil.
Minor issues with T1/2 buildings in the chain noted.
