Removed EvacAll, AbortMission and RM_PhantomEvac from FixEvacHide's EvacAbilities. Will only include Evac, AllEvac, EvacCarryOnly.

Shot HUD config got mostly integrated into the mod itself, config in this mod will now only be suggestions, commented out.

Added config files:
* LW2 Secondary Weapons, disabled bEditAbilityTemplatesForBaseClasses

Changes:
* Added System Infiltration and Failsafes to Shot HUD order config
* Removed Ruler armor equip/unequip functions with Template Master
* Assorted Fixes config updated for changes
* Added more effects to remove with Stasis

Assorted Fixes config updated, some features have been removed to be released as a separate mod.

Vanilla config changes:
* Stasis and Sustain now remove damage over time effects and frost
* Added TriggerDamagedTeleport to OverwatchIgnoreAbilities

Template Master changes:
* Added claymores from Proficiency Pack Pistol Slot Plugin to tier fixes

Other mod changes:
* Added some extra coloring things in Cost-Based Ability Colors
* Added more smoke grenades to Grey Smoke Grenade
* Added more grenades to Silent Throwing
* Added Bleeding as a shield bypassing damage type to Energy Shield Overhaul

New configs added for mods:
* Ability To Slot Reassignment
* LOS Preview Ability
* Rulers Regen
* Color Your Techs
* Reliable Ever Vigilant
* Rulers Pause Timers

New Template Master config:
* Item tiers standardized a bit, has its own file
* Equip sounds for a couple things
* Removing duplicate Vault icon from Icarus Armor if you have Passive Icons Core Collection Edition
* Removed duplicate Elerium Core in Proving Ground armors when using Weapon and Item Overhaul
* Purchasing Beam Grenade Launcher schematic now hides the Advanced Grenade Launcher schematic just like other schematics work

Other new changes in configs:
* BlazingPinions added to Fortress immunities
* Structured configs in folders by mod
* Some commonly used not-fix config included, commented out
