- Added cooldown for Mr. Deeds creating items.

- Revamped most of the old code
- Added an option to get an item without Mr. Deeds available
- Gave Mr. Deeds the ability to spawn the box with an item and not giving him the item directly
- Changes to config (added way more options)
- Revamped the SWEP, entity and other scripts.

- It has cloak and noclip functionality
- It has a spawnmenu that can give items to the player
