Finally fixed the issue of multiplayer footsteps playing both normal and custom ones at the same time on clients

-Footsteps will no longer keep playing when the player is dead

-slightly improved the way footsteps are handled in multiplayer (your footsteps would play twice at a time in multiplayer. Fixed partially, now your footsteps don't play twice, but you can still hear other players still emit footsteps twice)
