- Mod Config Menu support
- McM: you can disable/enable each type of wisps
- McM: you can set the probability for the wisps (base and bonus probability)
- McM: you can set the colour of the wisps
- blue wisps for S and SS rooms
- FIX: McM does NOT load settings correctly
- FIX: wisps for Crawlspaces now work correctly (last update broke them)
- FIX: wisps for Crawlspaces will spawn again evenif you already visited that room

- now the wisp for crawlspaces will NOT spawn if the trapdoor is under a black block (unbreakable)
- +1 luck = +5% wisp probability (not +10% anymore)
